Stabilization of Keperra Sanctuary Retirement village (D&C $40m) – a LendLease project.
SUNSHINE COAST UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL
In conjunction with LendLease, a $30M D&C project of the Sunshine Coast University Hospital, Stage 2
Designs and Construct, $1.8B, in conjunction with LendLease.
SUNSHINE PLAZA REDEVELOPMENT
$400M commercial extension design and construct.
WACOL CORRECTIONAL CENTRE
Design and Construct $150M upgrade and extension in conjunction with Queensland Corrections.
BP LABORATORY, PINKENBA
$10M design and construct blast resistant laboratory.
APLNG MINING PROJECT
In conjunction with Hutchinson Builders – $50 million, 400 person modular built accommodation village south of Miles for APLNG.
