The owners had little use for their backyard and wanted to create a separate home behind the existing dwelling. This Tewantin project turned that space into a two-bedroom granny flat with long-term rental use in mind.
The layout brings the essentials together: bedrooms with robes, a generous kitchen with pantry, a large bathroom and a shared living area. Each space has a clear purpose, making the home practical for everyday routines.
