LIVE RENT FREE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Our Live Rent-Free promotion applies to selected lots.

The Live Rent Free promotion is available from 01/01/2024 and expires on the 30/06/2024, or until stocks lasts.

The ‘promotion’ is subject to Design and Lot Availability – to be discussed with your New Home Specialist. 

To be eligible for the Live Rent-Free promotion, you must have a signed EOI and have entered a HIA or Master Builders Build Contract with Azura Building Group before the 30/06/2024.

Payments will be made into your nominated bank account, due and payable on the  30^th of every month at a rate of $500 per week ($2000 paid monthly) for a maximum of 20 weeks. 

Payments will commence once your slab has been poured.

For payments to be eligible, all your contractual obligations have been met within the due timeframes otherwise you may forfeit your monthly Live Rent-Free promotion.

Any overdue contractual payments may void this promotional offer. 

The 20 weeks payment of rent does not reflect the build timeframe. This promotional offer is not eligible to any existing client/s that are currently under Expression of Interest or Under Contract to any existing lot on offer by Azura Building Group.
